On 27/28 September 2011, less than a month after completing my challenge to sleep at the six extreme points of Great Britain on six consecutive, I started a new challenge to sleep at the five extreme points of Lancashire on five consecutive nights. My first place was at Walney Island, Barrow-in-Furness, the Westernmost point of Lancashire.
